1. 2. I understand that while My Recruits will do everything to help get your Student Athlete into a school that is the best fit and keeping you in the most financially beneficial situation, the success is dependent on the interactions and effort put in by your Student Athlete.

3. I understand that while it is highly unlikely, there is no guarantee that my Student Athlete will receive Scholarship Offers from Colleges/Universities.

4. I understand that My Recruits/Coach Perrone will facilitate the exposure of my Student Athlete but established contact will come directly from the College Coaches to my Student Athlete. IE: Do not ask Coach Perrone or My Recruits, "Have you Heard anything?". Instead, I should be communicating with My Recruits on schools/coaches that are following, messaging and liking my Student-Athlete's Tweets. This information can be used to determine the validity of interest in my Student Athlete.

5. I understand that there are no refunds upon termination of this Agreement for any reason and I shall not be entitled to any previously paid Sign-Up Fee or Monthly Website Maintenance Fees.

NOTE: My Recruits Reserves the right to cancel service. Should my recruits decide cancelation is necessary in the first 30 days, a refund will be issued minus applicable processing fees.

My Recruits claims no liability for licensed photos submitted by athletes/parents. It is the responsibility of the athlete/parent to ensure that they have the rights to use the licensed photo(s) from its original source.
